Ft. costs which make for a great business opportunity. Landlords will entertain short term leases. Some landlords will entertain a percentage (%) only lease. All that is necessary to find out what a landlord will accept is to write up a no obligation Letter of Intent.
Airfares are getting back to reasonable rates which are putting more people on the island.
